the music overpowers the voice of the boy. humor is just below par.

lip syncing and some other movement were good. comedy-wise, i thought it was mediocre. rage faces? so overused. nothing clever.

these illustrations are perfect. i can't be more honest about that. very aesthetic. there is no issues in that department. conversely, i think the plot isn't original nor dynamic. i think it is predicable and linear. furthermore, who couldn't interpret the meaning of a "full heart" to any extent? and no solider is as unreasonably reckless as your protagonist. i understand character flaws, but there is no basis for his actions. seeing this, it appears you watch or read anime/manga often and have adopted its typical style of storytelling.

yeah, you're spot on with watching or reading anime/manga xD
but as a made up world where people get killed, laws are heavily flawed and the plain fact that anyone with enough influence can achieve high power, I think a "soldier" could do whatever the heck he wants! xD

Clearly 'rat' is slang for vagina, so the joke was simple but decent. If you drew hands, it'd be easier to animate the man grasping the cigarette. And it's weird how when the car passes by the women feet blow in the air current as if they were sheets.
